Concept note
Pivoting fins wrap the upper floor and its rounded corner, filtering harsh light while keeping the bedrooms bright. Their warm colour plays against grey concrete-look panels and the planted ledge below.
At street level, a low compound wall with slatted gates, planters and a carved name plate keeps the house private but friendly to the street.
