Concept note
With limited width, the house grows upward and inward: a compact plan, a tall entrance and stacked terraces that bring light and air into the middle of the home.
Timber slats screen the gate and upper windows, giving privacy from the road while letting breezes through. Warm lighting at the entrance and along the boundary makes the house welcoming after dark.
