Concept note
We kept the palette to three materials: limewashed walls, fluted timber base units and a softly patterned tile splashback. The arch frames the way into the room, so the kitchen reads as part of the home rather than a utility space.
Storage sits low and continuous, leaving the wall above open for one shelf and two warm sconces. Fewer joints, fewer handles and one line of light make it easy to keep clean and quiet to live with.
