Concept note
Each bathroom starts with a single hero material: backlit onyx at the vanity, a carved timber tub, warm herringbone underfoot. Everything else steps back in quiet, stone-coloured finishes so that one material can lead.
Lighting is layered rather than bright: concealed strips under counters and tubs, soft light behind mirrors and one warm downlight over the shower. Fittings are wall-mounted where possible, so floors stay clear and easy to clean.
