Concept note
The street face is built from three elements: a brick-clad block that floats over a generous car porch, a tall white wall cut with slots of light, and long cantilevered balconies wrapped in glass. At night the slots and soffit lights turn the house into a lantern.
Deep overhangs shade the upper rooms from the afternoon sun, while glass balustrades keep views open to the garden. A broad paved forecourt and a stepping-stone path lead visitors to a sheltered entrance.
