Concept note
The layout organises plots along a simple grid of internal roads, with a landmark entrance arch on the main road so the community is easy to find. Road widths and corners are set for comfortable turning and for the houses that will follow.
Shared lawns with seating, a planted boundary and lighting along every road give the layout a finished feel from the first day. Water storage and services are placed to reach every plot cleanly.
